Mindfulness is the state of being active and open to the present moment, which can be developed through mediation and other mindfulness practices. The benefits of mindfulness is known to help reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, increase attention and focus and overall cultivate calm.
During this meditation class we will learn mindfulness meditation technique, followed by an activity and discussion. Snacks and beverages will be served.
