Fertility Yoga classes were designed to support individuals or couples who are trying to conceive, either naturally or through assisted reproductive technology. Fertility Yoga uses specific yoga postures to stimulate the reproductive system, improve circulation, and balance hormone levels. Mindfulness techniques are incorporated to help reduce stress, anxiety and depression which can exacerbate fertility challenges.
This class is open to all on their TTC (trying to conceive) journey. Whether you have been trying for two months or two years, all are welcome. You do not need to have an official diagnosis or be receiving treatment to join.
