In this specialized 4-week series, we will heal and strengthen your body, mind and soul to get you functioning better than you thought possible. Come and experience the power of healing through movement and exercise that is safe for a postpartum body.
The goal of this specialized workshop is to help women prevent and/or heal:
Back pain and hip pain
Abdominal and pelvic floor pain and weakness
Incontinence or involuntary loss of urine
Pelvic organ prolapse
This workshop will offer education and exercise instruction for proper posture, alignment, pelvic floor muscle function, body mechanics for lifting, and carrying your child, and abdominal strengthening post delivery.
