How do I sign-up for a mom club member?
We recommend scheduling a tour online to check out our space and classes. Once you decide our mom club program is for you, complete the online membership application. After you have applied, you will be sent an agreement and invoice for the first month’s payment. Payment must be made before your first visit. Payment is due on the 1st of each month and will be pro-rated due to tart date.

To cancel your membership we ask that you please give a 30 day notice in writing.

Which class should I take? 
We recommend taking all of them! ;) Our classes and groups are geared toward new mom with babies 0-12 months. We are consistently adding classes and workshops. For baby & me yoga classes, you must be cleared from your healthcare provider for physical activity.

I don’t want to sign-up for the mom club program can I just want to take one class?
Absolutely! Check out the individual class or group for pricing. *Keep in mind some classes and/or groups are exclusive to members only and some require a separate fee. Daily drop in fee is $20 during the mom club hours of Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm and thats days classes are included.

Help! I want to join but the membership is out of my budget. 
No problem, check out our Scholarship Program.

Do I need to register for classes and/or groups?
Yes, all of our classes maybe registered through the online scheduling platform. This allows our instructors to adequately prepare materials for class. 

Can I join the Postpartum Wellness Group without signing up for the series?
Due to the confidentiality of the Postpartum Wellness Group, we do not allow drop-ins. However, if you need assistance immediately will can accommodate.

Can my partner join?
Check the specific class and/or group details.

Can I bring my baby?
Yes, most classes allow babies! Check out the class details or ask the group instructor if you are unsure.

My baby is really fussy. I’m afraid he/she will disrupt the class.
No worries! We got you and this is why we created this community. This is a safe place for babies to be babies and moms to get out of the house.

Can I bring my older children?
Our classes are for babies from 0-12 months. Check with the class or group instructor about older children.

I want to join class, but I don’t have my baby with me. Can I still come?
Absolutely! There are a variety of circumstances when you don’t have baby with you. i.e. daycare, with a caregiver or in the NICU. We support all new parents in their journey.

I am running late! Can I still join?
We try to start our classes on time, but we understand how hard it is to get out of the house. We would rather have you come late and receive some benefit than not at all.

What should I wear?
Our space is a no shoe area, so many moms like to wear socks. We suggest comfortable clothing and workout clothes for fitness classes.

What do I need to bring?
Check the class or group details on what supplies you need to bring. Most of our classes and groups materials will be provided for you. For baby, we recommend a blanket that you can put on the floor, diapers, wipes and feeding supplies. You are welcome to bring snacks for yourself and your baby. Please be cautious of high allergy foods such as peanuts.

Oh, crap! I forgot diapers (or wipes, etc.)
If you forgot something, no worries!! Life happens and there is a good chance that we have what you need. We carry a small stash of diapers and wipes (changing table is available in the bathroom). If we don’t have it, there is a good chance another mom does.

Can I bring food?
Yes! Bring all the food. We try to keep our space neat and tidy and that we ask that you clean up after yourself when you are done. We do have a refrigerator in the cafe room.
